Please ensure you are on the latest version of the app.
You can check this by going to the App Store for iOS or Play Store for Android - if you don't see Update on NewForm (formerly The Phoenix App) in the store, you are all set and are on the latest version!
You can find your exact version in the app by navigating to your profile picture, click on Settings (the Gear icon in the upper right hand corner), and you will see the app version just above the Log out button.
Our mobile app requires iOS 15.0 or later for the iPhone, and 7.0 or up for the Android.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Phoenix volunteer!
Within 48 hours of attending your third event, you will see a call to action (CTA) in the NewForm app (formerly The Phoenix app) where you can onboard to become a volunteer. To become eligible to volunteer, you will need to attend at least three Phoenix events in person or livestream. One of these events must have been within the past 30 days. You will see this CTA under Events near you via “Volunteer today” or if you click on your profile. Our volunteer onboarding journey is short and sweet – taking less than an hour!

Unfortunately, we don’t have a way to change email addresses directly in the app at this time. One option is to delete your current account (which will delete any associated data) and then create a new account with your preferred email.
To delete the account, you would do the following:
In the app, navigate to the upper right-hand corner and click on your profile picture
Click the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner
At the bottom of the screen under Log Out, you will see Delete Account - click this
We’re hoping to introduce the ability to change your email directly within the app in the future, but for now our recommendation is to create an entirely new account and re-join any Spaces, events, etc.

While we hope to welcome you to an event soon, we respect your request to delete your account if you wish.
You can delete your account directly in the app by following these steps:
Navigate to your profile picture in the upper right corner of the screen
Click the gear in the upper right corner to go to your Settings
Scroll to the bottom of Settings – you will see the option to Delete account below the Log out button

The Phoenix has a new misconduct reporting tool called #NotMe that is available for all Phoenix members, volunteers and staff.
It is a safe and easy way to speak up and report misconduct – anonymously if you choose – whether you’ve experienced it yourself or witnessed it first-hand.
Simply click here: https://app.not-me.com when you are ready to start a report. You will be prompted to create a free account and link to The Phoenix's service. Creating an account doesn’t impact your ability to remain anonymous, it instead allows you to retain any communication and updates on your submitted report.

This is a security feature to keep our community safe and sometimes it works too well!
Please try to access the app on a different Wi-Fi network or by using your data (disconnect from Wi-Fi). The network you are using may just be throwing a flag on our app. If you have a VPN, try disabling it when accessing through cell data, as well.
